解脂假丝酵母自溶条件的研究

摘要：

采用细胞自溶法对影响解脂假丝酵母33M(cand id a lip oly tica)细胞中神经酰胺含量的条件进行了研究。分别应用薄层色谱(TLC)方法和高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射器(HPLC-ELSD)对其进行定性和定量分析,结果表明:解脂假丝酵母的最佳自溶条件为:自溶时间24 h,pH为8.0,自溶温度为50℃。

摘要：

Effect on Ceramids of Candida lipolytica by autolysis method were studied.TLC and HPLC-ELSD were applied for quantitative and qualitative analysis respectively.The result showed that the following optimal conditions for autolysis of Candida lipolytica: autolysis time: 24 h;pH 8.0;temperature: 50℃.
