数字图书馆知识管理中图书馆员角色分析

网络信息技术的迅速发展,引发知识信息的生产、加工、传播、使用等深刻变革,数字图书馆应运而生。图书馆员作为知识的开发与传播者,可以利用先进的信息技术,建立应用知识管理为依托的资源、技术、服务与用户利用一体化的数字资源知识服务平台。数字图书馆知识管理过程是图书馆员在整合数字资源中,将不同领域知识、不同文化背景知识加以利用和存储,使知识管理与图书馆员的工作重合在一起。

摘  要：
The rapid development of network information technology,raises profound changes of production,processing,dissemination,use of knowledge and information and so on,so the digital library comes into being.As the developer and disseminators of knowledge,Librarians can take advantage of advanced information technology,and establish the digital resources knowledge service platform which is an integration of resources,technologies,services and users utilizing that relies on knowledge management.The process of knowledge management in digital library is the librarian use and store knowledge from different areas and different culture backgrounds in the integration of digital resources,to make knowledge management overlap with the work of librarians.
