区域生态风险评价指标体系及实证应用研究

摘  要：
通过对自然因素导致生态风险的影响因素分析,建立了区域生态风险评价指标体系,以此反映风险源的危险性和受体的脆弱性。以上海市典型农业区崇明县为例,把崇明县高发自然风险源(风暴潮、暴雨、咸水入侵)以及对生态系统分布影响较大的人为风险源(围垦)作为研究对象,分析评价风险源在区域的危险度指数分布和区域生态本身的脆弱度指数分布,最后综合评价崇明县的生态风险分布。所建指标体系将风险源特性和受体特性分开,便于采用分层次的区域生态风险评价方法,使得区域生态风险评价更加全面和科学。

摘  要：
Natural factors leading to ecological risk were analyzed and an index system of evaluating regional ecological risk was established so as to reflect the hazardousness of a risk source and the vulnerability of a receptor.By taking Chongming County in Shanghai——a typical agricultural area,its high-frequency natural risk sources(storm tide,rainstorm and saltwater intrusion) and anthropogenic risk source(inning)were chosen as objects investigated,and the distributions of both integrated hazard index of risk sources and integrated ecological vulnerability index were analyzed and evaluated,in which separating the risk source characters from the receptor characters made the tiered risk evaluating method be easily used and thus the regional ecological risk evaluation be more comprehensive and scientific.
