黑龙江省黄瓜棒孢叶斑病发生情况调查及病原鉴定

摘  要：
在我国华北、西北等地黄瓜棒孢叶斑病已由次要病害上升为主要病害,危害程度日益严重,但在黑龙江省尚无记载。文章对黑龙江省哈尔滨、齐齐哈尔、牡丹江和佳木斯等地黄瓜棒孢叶斑病发生情况进行调查。结果表明,只在哈尔滨发现有棒孢叶斑病发生,而在齐齐哈尔、牡丹江和佳木斯均未发现棒孢叶斑病发生为害。对疑似棒孢叶斑病病叶,经病原菌分离培养、致病性测定、形态学鉴定和rDNA-ITS序列分析,确定黑龙江省哈尔滨市分离获得的4个致病菌株为多主棒孢霉(Corynespora cassiicola),引起病害为黄瓜棒孢叶斑病。

摘  要：
In recent years, cucumber target leaf spot has been rose to major disease in North and Northwest of China, which became a growing problem damaging to cucumber yield. However, it has not been reported in Heilongjiang Province up to date. In this study, the occurrence of cucumber target leaf spot was investigated in Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang and Jiamusi of Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that the disease was only observed in Harbin, but not in Qiqihar, Mudanjiang and Jiamusi. Four pathogenitic isolates were obtained after isolation, purification, and pathogenicity testing. The four isolates were identified by morphological feature and rDNA- ITS sequence analysis. The results showed that all the four isolates were Corynespora cassiicola, and caused cucumber target leaf spot.
