乳酸菌素联合包膜丁酸钠对断奶仔猪腹泻的作用

摘  要:
为了探究乳酸菌素与包膜丁酸钠共添加对仔猪肠道菌群、生产性能、肠道结构及腹泻情况的影响,将90头体重7.53kg±0.49kg的28日龄断奶仔猪随机分为3组,A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;B组为乳酸菌素组,饲喂基础日粮+1.5g/kg乳酸菌素;C组为共添加组,饲喂基础日粮+0.3g/kg包膜丁酸钠&1.5g/kg乳酸菌素,试验期28d。试验期间,检测断奶仔猪肠道中菌群种类及数量的变化,同时监测并记录各试验组仔猪的日采食量、日增重及仔猪的腹泻情况。结果显示,试验组仔猪肠道有害菌的含量与对照组相比明显降低(P<0.05);两个试验组的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且呈现共添加组>乳酸菌素组>对照组的趋势;并且乳酸菌素组、共添组的料肉比均低于对照组且差异显著(P<0.05)。仔猪基础日粮中同时添加乳酸菌素和包膜丁酸钠后,腹泻率与腹泻指数分别降低42.72%与46.15%。观察试验后仔猪肠道形态,发现共添加组仔猪肠道形态更为完整,绒毛更长更粗壮。表明仔猪基础日粮中同时添加乳酸菌素与包膜丁酸钠,能够显著提高仔猪的生产性能,保护肠道益生菌的含量,维持肠道完整形态,并降低仔猪腹泻率。

摘  要:
In order to explore the effects of lactic acid bacteria,and coated sodium butyrate on intestinal flora,production performance,intestinal structure and diarrhea of piglets,90 weaned piglets with similar weight were randomly divided into 3groups:group A control group,the weaned piglets were fed with basal diet;B lactic acid bacteria group,the weaned piglets were fed with basal diet+1.5g/kg lactic acid bacteria;C co-addition group,the weaned piglets were fed with basal diet+1.5g/kg lactic acid bacteria &0.3g/kg coated sodium butyrate.The experimental period was 28 days.During the experiment,the changes of the type and quantity of the intestinal flora in the weaned piglets were detected,and the daily feed intake,daily gain and diarrhea were recorded.The results showed that the contents of harmful bacteria in intestinal tract of experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The average daily gains of the two experimental groups ware significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and showed a trend of co-addition group>lactic acid bacteria group>control group;and the feed/meat ratio of lactic acid bacteria group and co-additive group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Diarrhea rate and diarrhea index decreased by 42.72%and 46.15%respectively after adding both lactic acid bacteria and coated sodium butyrate in piglet diets.The intestine morphology of the piglets was observed and found that the intestine morphology of piglets was more complete and the villi were longer and thicker.The results showed that lactic acid bacteria and coated sodium butyrate could significantly improve the production performance of piglets,protect the content of probiotics,maintain intestine integrity and reduce the diarrhea rate of piglets.
