替米考星对雏鸡增重及预防人工感染禽巴氏杆菌的效果观察

摘  要:
将替米考星以 3个剂量 (10 0mg/L、 2 0 0mg/L、 30 0mg/L)和泰乐菌素以 50 0mg/L给雏鸡饮水给药 5d,结果 2种药物对雏鸡均有明显的增重效果 ,且替米考星给药量与增重效果呈正相关。人工感染试验结果显示 ,替米考星 3个剂量预防组及泰乐菌素预防组对抗御人工感染禽巴氏杆菌均有明显的效果 ,但替米考星 3个剂量预防组的抗感染效果均极显著高于泰乐菌素预防组 (P <0 0 1)。试验结果表明 ,替米考星饮水给药对雏鸡除具有增重作用外 ,还具有抗感染 ,降低发病率 ,减少病理损害 ,提高成活率的作用 ;预防呼吸道疾病的效果明显优于泰乐菌素

摘  要:
Three levels of tilmicosin (100 mg/L, 200 mg/L, and 300 mg/L) and tylosion (500 mg/L) were added in drinking water of the chicken for 5 days. The results showed that both tilmicosin and tylosion had a significant effect on body weight (BW) gain of the chicks, and the dosage of tilmicosin had a positive relationship to BW gain. The result of the artificial infection showed that three levels of tilmicosin and tylosion had a significant effect on prevention from artificial Pasteurella aviseptica infection. And all levels of tilmicosin had more significant effects on prevention from artificial Pasteurella aviseptica infection than tylosion (P<0.01). The study demonstrated that addition of tilmicosin in drinking water could increase BW in chicks, have anti-infection activity with decreased incidence of the diseases, reduce pathogenic lesions and increase livability of the chicks. The efficacy of tilmicosin on prevention of respiratory diseases was better than that of tylosion.
