水稻直播机采样系统的设计

摘  要:
针对水稻机直播时播种量超限不易察觉的难题,研制了水稻直播机自动监控系统,而在该系统设计过程中的第一大难题就是对实际播种信号的采集问题。为此,阐述了实现在水稻直播机播种时能够准确地采集播种信号的设计方法;根据所述设计方法试制的样机在试验过程中作业非常稳定,并能够严格达到设计要求。

摘  要:
In accordance with the difficult problem that it is difficult to discover the amount of sowing exceed the limit when rice drill is sowing, a detector system for rice drill is designed. In this design the first problem is how to collect the reality sowing signal. And this paper introduces a method to solve it. According to the design in this paper, the sower with the detector system works very stable, and it can match up to the design request very well.
