RP-HPLC测定喹烯酮及其制剂的含量

摘  要：
采用RPHPLC方法测定喹烯酮及其制剂含量。以SymmetryC1 8柱为固定相 ,甲醇水 (6 0∶40 )为流动相 ,检测波长 3 1 4nm ,喹烯酮在 0 .0 5～ 0 .2 5mg·mL1 浓度范围内呈线性关系(r=0 .9993 ,n =5 ) ,平均回收率 99.89% ,RSD =1 .1 3 (n =5 )。本法简便、快速 ,可用于该产品的质量控制

摘  要：
This paper described the method of assaying the contents of quinocetone in raw materials & its preparation by RP-HPLC. By using Symmetry C 18 as solid phase and methanol-water (60∶40) as mobile phase, and detecting at 314 nm, the standard curves for quinocetone were linear in the range of 0.05～0.25 mg/mL (r=0.999 3,n=5), and the average recovery was 98.89% with RSD=1.13%(n=5). The method is simple, fast and useful for the determination of quinocetone and its preparation.
