气吸式穴盘育苗播种装置的研制及性能试验

摘  要:
穴盘播种是穴盘育苗的关键技术及步骤,面向小规模大棚种植农户,设计了一种整盘对穴、气吸式穴盘育苗播种装置,该装置结构简单,成本低,容易推广。介绍了其结构及工作原理,设计并计算了吸种盘及其运动控制机构、排气落种系统结构及参数等。用甜瓜种子进行了性能试验,试验结果表明该播种装置能够实现整盘对穴,精确落种;当吸嘴与种子间距为0.5~1.0 mm时,吸种率可达到97%,满足穴盘育苗精量播种的要求。

摘  要:
Tray seeding is the key technology and step of growing seedlings in tray. An air-suction seedling and seeding device in tray was designed for small-scale planting farmers. It has simpler structure,lower cost,and is easily used. Its basic structure and theory were introduced. Seed sucking tray and its motion controlling mechanism,and structure and parameters of exhaust system were designed and calculated. On this basis,the prototype seeder was manufactured and tested with melon seeds. The experimental results show that the seeding device can finish the planting of whole tray at one time and throw seeds accurately; the rate of seed suction can be over 97% when the distance is 0. 5—1. 0 mm between suction nozzle and seeds,which can satisfy the demand of precision seeding in the tray.
