摘  要:
简单介绍了谷物损失传感器的工作原理,总结并指出了现存的谷物损失传感器的一般问题,提出了相应的结构改进设计方案,使用一块槽型不锈钢板,配以良好减振和隔振结构设计,用一个压电陶瓷满足测试要求;在制作、装配后,对该传感器进行了实验室标定。

摘  要:
Introduce the operating principle of grain loss sensor with briefness, sum up and point out some general problems of existent arts, put forward corresponding improvement design of the structure. The detector plate member is provided with signal damping means substantially around the periphery thereof ,and anti-vibration mounts are used to mount the detector plate on the combine harvester at the required location. After make and assembly, present a laboratory calibration.
