文章依据辽宁省沿海防护林体系一、二期工程建设现状,在全面总结分析基础上,阐述了工程建设取得的主要成就与经验,论述了在工程建设中存在的主要问题。并根据当前存在的问题,从发展思路、总体布局、建设重点与保障措施四个方面提出建设对策。旨在提高辽宁省沿海防护林体系建设水平,更好的服务于沿海经济带开发与建设。

According to Liaoning Province coastal shelterbelt system which was built in the first and the second phase project.The main problems were analyzed and discussed.And in accordance with the existing problems,from the development ideas and the general layout,construction and security measures,the constructive countermeasures were put forward in order to improve the construction of coastal shelter forest system in Liaoning Province and to service development in the coastal economic zone
