肌注重组猪生长激素在血液和组织中的残留

摘  要：
16头体重为 5 0kg左右的去势公猪长大 (长白×大约克 ) ,随机分为对照组和试验组各 8头。试验组连续 4周肌肉注射重组猪生长激素 ,剂量为每天 4mg/头 ,对照组肌肉注射等量生理盐水。连续注射四周后 ,分别在停止注射 12h、第 2天、第 3天、第 5天、第 7天按 15min间隔 ,连续 4h采集血液样品 ;第 5周屠宰取肝脏、背最长肌、半腱肌样品冷冻保存。结果表明 :猪肌肉注射重组猪生长激素 2 1d后与对照组相比平均体重增加3 .6kg ;停止肌肉注射重组猪生长激素 12h时 ,猪血清中生长激素 (GH)与对照组相比无明显差异 ,停止注射 2d时试验组血清中GH水平显著增加 ,停止注射重组猪生长激素 3 ,5 ,7d后血清中GH与对照组相比无明显差异。猪停止注射重组猪生长激素 7d时 ,试验组肝脏中GH水平和对照组相比无明显差异 ,同时试验组和对照组背最长肌和半腱肌中GH水平也无明显差异。由此可知 :猪连续肌肉注射重组生长激素 2 8d ,停止注射 7d时 ,肝脏和肌肉组织中生长激素水平未见明显增加 ,可以推断肝脏和肌肉组织中重组生长激素无残留

摘  要：
Sixteen castrated male pigs weighing about 50 kg were randomly divided into two equal groups. In one group the intramuscular injection of recombinant pig growth hormone (pGH)was carried out at 4mg per pig every day, and in the other group the injection of the same dose of physiological saline was made,which lasted 4 weeks.The 12 hours, 2 nd day, 3 rd day,5 th day,7 th day after stopping the injection,the plasma samples were collected once every 15 minutes and continuously for 4 hours. Then the pigs were slaughted,and their liver, musculus longissimus dorsi and musculus semitendinosus samples were collected. The results showed that the pig weight of treated group increased 3.6kg over that of the control group. There was not significant difference of the growth hormone levels of sera between treated group and control group in 12 hours,3 rd day,5 th day and 7 th day after stopping injecting,except the 2 nd day.The 7 th day after stopping the injection also there was not significant difference of the growth hormone levels in the liver,musculus longissimus dorsi and musculus semitendinosus between the treated group and the control group.The above implied that the 7 th day after stopping the injection there was not the residue of recombinant pGH in the pigs'blood,liver and muscle.
