基于谐振腔和DSP的烟支密度湿度检测系统设计

摘 要:
针对核扫描检测和红外检测技术的不足,设计了基于微波谐振腔和DSP的烟支密度与湿度微波检测系统。系统包括探测腔体、微波处理模块、数据采集与处理模块三部分,探测腔体和微波处理模块通过测量谐振频率和幅度数据,计算出谐振频率偏移量和半功率带宽变化量,以DSP芯片作为核心器件的数据采集和处理模块负责实时测量数据的采集、运算和上位机通信。试验结果表明,该检测系统能快速测定谐振腔微波参数的变化量,实时反映被测烟条的密度水分数据。

摘 要:
Aiming at the defects of nuclear scan detection and infrared detection,detection system of cigarette density and humidity based on DSP and microwave cavity was designed.The system included detecting cavity,microwave processing module,data acquisition and processing module.The first two parts were dealed with calculating the resonant frequency offset and the half power-bandwidth variation through measuring the resonance frequency and the amplitude data.The data acquisition and processing module was responsible for the real-time measurement data collection,operation,and PC communication with DSP chip as the key device.Results showed that the detection system could quickly detect changes of microwave resonator parameters and reflect the density of the cigarette measured.
