文章分析了我国农业技术创新体系的现状和制约农业企业成为技术创新主体的障碍,提出了在新形势下支撑服务企业成为创新主体的途径和思路,探讨了中国热带农业科学院在实施科技创新能力提升行动、加强院企全方位深度合作和创新院企合作机制等方面的实践,以期为公益性农业科研机构支撑服务企业成为技术创新主体提供新思路。

摘 要：
The current situation of agricultural technical innovation system in China, and main limiting factors of agricultural enterprises becoming the main part of technical innovation were analyzed in the paper. Then the way of supporting enterprises becoming the main part of technical innovation under the new situation was proposed. Furthermore, the exploration and practice of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences(CATAS) in this respect were discussed, which include enhancing scientific and technological innovation, strengthening the cooperation between CATAS and enterprises, innovating the mechanism of CATAS-Enterprises cooperation, etc. It is aiming at providing some references for public welfare agricultural scientific research institution supporting enterprises to become the main part of technical innovation.
