Analysis on Basic Situation,Features and Influencing Factors of Farmers Differentiation under the Vision of Harmonious Society—Based on the Questionnaire Survey of 511 Farmers in Guangdong Province

In order to construct a stable society form of"olive distribution pattern",with"middle-income earners"as core concept,according to visiting data of 511 farmers in Guangdong Province,the status of farmers differentiation was described,the features and influencing factors were deeply analyzed. The results showed that the proportion of the medium income farmers in Guangdong Province only accounted for 12. 3%,the annual income below 30 thousand yuan groups accounted for 78. 3%,which shows that the rural areas of Guangdong Province is still in a typical pyramid type social structure. Wage income,household non farm income and agricultural income has become the main source. Wage income,family non farm income difference has a significant impact on farmers income; different income groups have great differences in recognition of their social and economic status,the self identification rate of middle and high income earners is low; farmers' differentiation presents imbalance with different level of regional economic development; non agriculture practitioners tendency and farmers' human capital conditions significantly affect the differentiation of peasant income. In order to improve ratio of middle-income earners and construct a more stable social form,several suggestions were put forward: continuously adjusting the rural industrial structure,increasing the proportion of non farm industry,broadening the sources of farmers income,and promoting farmers' income; promoting urbanization process,increasing the transfer of rural surplus labor force,giving full play to the leverage effect of wage income to stimulate the growth of farmers' income; perfecting and strengthening the rural compulsory education and farmers' vocational training system,effectively improving the quality of farmers,the compulsory education in the senior high school should be carried out in some areas.
