蛋氨酸微量元素螯合物对产蛋鸡生产性能的影响

摘  要:
本试验研究了产蛋鸡饲粮中添加不同水平的氨基酸微量元素螯合物对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。试验共设5个处理,用蛋氨酸微量元素螯合铁、铜、锰、锌、硒盐分别替代基础饲粮中相应无机元素水平的0%、20%、50%、80%和100%。每处理4个重复,每个重复30只160日龄的罗曼粉壳商品代蛋鸡。试验共进行9周。结果表明,试验全期平均每周的产蛋数分别为762、782、779、795和769枚;产蛋率分别为90.7、93.1、92.7、94.7和91.6%;平均每周总蛋重分别为43.9、44.2、44.5、45.7和44.1kg;平均每周耗料分别为91.8、91.3、90.8、94.4和93.6kg;料蛋比分别为2.09、2.07、2.04、2.06和2.12。由此可见,用螯合盐替代20%无机元素,可明显提高蛋鸡的生产性能,进一步提高替代比例,生产性能还有进一步改善的趋势,替代50%时,饲料利用率最高;替代80%时,产蛋性能最好。但当替代比例为100%时,生产性能下降,饲料利用率低于对照组。综合各项指标,并考虑螯合盐的添加成本,产蛋鸡饲粮中氨基酸微量元素螯合盐的适宜替代比例为20%。

摘  要:
This study explored the effect of dietary supplementation of minerals chelated with methionine at vari-ous levels on performance of laying hens.There were five treatments.Iron,copper,manganese,zinc and selenium in forms of inorganic compounds in basal diet were substituted with methionine-mineral chelates at the level of0%,20%,50%,80%and100%.Six hundreds of160days old Roman layers were allotted into the five treatment groups with four replicates per treatment and thirty layers per replicate.The experiment was conducted for9weeks.The re-sult showed that average number of eggs produced per week was762,782,779,795and769;laying rate was90.7,93.1,92.7,94.7and91.6%;average weight of eggs produced per week was43.9,44.2,44.5,43.7and44.1kg;aver-age feed consumption per week was91.8,91.3,90.8,94.4and93.6kg;and feed consumption per kg egg produced was2.09,2.07,2.04,2.06and2.12kg respectively for the five treatments.The results indicated that20%substitute could significantly increase laying performance,further improvement could occur as the substitute proportion in-creased.Feed conversion ratio and egg production were maximized at50%and80%substitute respectively.However,100%substitute had negative impact on laying performance.By considering the results and the high cost of chelate minerals,it is concluded that the optimal dietary substitute proportion of minerals in inorganic forms by chelate min-erals is20%for laying hens.
