弗吉尼亚栎全光雾扦插试验

摘  要:
本试验采用全光雾扦插技术,研究探讨了不同扦插基质、不同部位插穗和使用生长调节剂对弗吉尼亚栎嫩枝扦插生根效果的影响.研究表明,采用河沙:泥炭土:珍珠岩=3:2:2(体积比)的混合基质扦插,生根效果要好于采用单一基质河沙、泥炭土;采用中部插条(粗度0.3~0.5 cm)的生根效果要好于上部插条(粗度<0.3 cm)和下部插条(粗度>0.5 cm);试验所选生长调节剂能显著促进弗吉尼亚栎插穗生根,使用NAA+IBA混合液的生根效果要好于单独使用NAA或IBA,混合液生长调节剂的最佳浓度为400 mg/L NAA+400 mg/L IBA、最适浸泡时间为60 s.

摘  要:
The cuttage propagation experiment of Quercus virginia with all-optical spray was conducted,and effects of different base materials,cuttings,and growth regulators on Quercus virginia were compared.The results showed that,mixed matrix consist of sand,peaty soil and perlite with a volume ratio of 3∶2∶2 performed better than the single ones.The middle cuttings with a line diameter from 0.3 cm to 0.5 cm performed better than the ones with a line diameter beneath 0.3 cm or the ones above 0.5 cm.The chosen growth regulators in this experiment could effectively promote the rooting of the cuttings of Quercus virginia,the best growth regulator was the mixed liquid of 400 mg/L NAA+400 mg/L IBA,and 60 s was the corresponding soaking time.
