基于DSP电子皮带秤静态模型的研究

摘  要:
论述了电子皮带秤的发展和应用在联合收割机测产系统中的重要性。电子皮带秤控制系统以DSP作为微处理器,通过A/D转换、FIR滤波、抗干扰算法等最后把作物籽粒的质量值显示在LCD上。在数据处理上,使用MATLAB处理数据并建立称重静态模型,同时又使用SAS软件建立模型,与MATLAB建立的模型进行对比,然后通过实验来验证模型建立的准确性。

摘  要:
This article discusses the development and application of electronic belt scale,and electronic belt scale is very important in the yield system of combine,electronic belt scale controller system is based on DSP microprocessor,through the A /D conversion,FIR filtering,anti-jamming algorithm,the weight of grain displays on the LCD. In the data pro-cessing,MATLAB processes data and establishes weighing static model,at the same time,SAS software also establishes model,comparative test is done between MATLAB and SAS. Finally experiment is used to verify the accuracy of the model.
