黄刺玫嫩枝扦插育苗试验

摘  要：
试验采用塑料拱棚嫩枝扦插,13个处理,3次重复。研究结果表明,枝条部位、药剂种类及其浓度等因素对重辫黄刺玫嫩枝插穗生根有显著影响。在该试验条件下,采用塑料拱棚于6月初进行嫩枝扦插,以枝条的次梢(中段)做插穗,用50mg·L~(-1)吲哚-3-丁酸浸泡(3h)或用250mg·L~(-1)吲哚-3-丁酸速蘸处理,生根率可分别高达90%和86%。

摘  要：
The item was studied under the plastic sheds.During experiments thirteen kinds of treatments were used.Each treatment was repeated three times.The results showed that cuttings in different part of branches and different medicines and different concentratibn for treatment had significant effects on the rooting of Rosa xanthina softwood cuttings.The treatment of the second part of branches of a tree as cutting with IBA 50mg/ L or 250mg/ L in June had a better result in the experiments.Under that condition the roofing rate was 90% and 86%.
