多校区办学对高校各方面工作带来了新挑战。后勤作为高校重要的管理服务部门,在多校区办学背景下,要提高管理水平和服务质量,必须针对多校区办学特点,从理顺管理体制,优化资源配置,加强队伍建设,完善管理制度,强化服务意识等方面入手,健全后勤服务保障体系,提升服务保障能力。

摘  要：
The running of university education on multi-campuses posed a great challenge for the university administration.Service department,as one of an important service management sectors,should set up a service guarantee system and raise the service guarantee to a higher level through smoothening the management system,optimizing the resource allocation,strengthening the team construction,perfecting the management system and enhancing the service awareness in the new situation of the multi-campus operations.
