高压罐消解-原子荧光光谱法测定蔬菜中的微量汞

摘  要:
采用高压罐消解技术处理样品,用原子荧光光谱法测定蔬菜中微量汞。该方法具有简便、快速、结果准确可靠等优点。测定结果表明汞的浓度在0~10μg·L-1范围内线性良好,相关系数大于0.999,汞的加标回收率为94.3%~104.9%;测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.12%,检出限为0.008 6μg.L-1。

摘  要:
A method of high pressure digestion technique for determination of mercury in vegetables by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was reported.The proposed method was proved to be rapid,simple and accurate.The linear range of Hg was 0~10 μg·L-1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.999.The recoveries were 94.3%~104.9%,the RSD was 4.12%,and detection limit was 0.008 6 μg.L-1.
