摘  要:
本研究于2015—2016年从山东省主要乳制品生产城市的生鲜乳罐装车中采集412份生鲜牛乳样品,对其进行金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定,并采用微量肉汤稀释法对金黄色葡萄球菌进行药物敏感性试验。结果表明,从412份生鲜牛乳中共分离到148株金黄色葡萄球菌,分离率为35.8%;金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素的耐药率最高,为77.7%,其次为红霉素,耐药率为58.1%,对万古霉素和阿莫西林/克拉维酸的耐药率较低,分别为0.7%和1.4%,所有菌株对利奈唑胺表现为敏感。本研究结果可为山东地区生鲜牛乳中金黄色葡萄球菌的监测与防控,以及养殖场中抗生素的规范使用提供参考。

摘  要:
In the study, four hundred and twelve fresh milk samples were collected from the fresh milk canning trucks in the main dairy production cities of Shandong Province during 2015-2016. The S. aureus was isolated, identified and conducted antibiotic sensitivity tests by micro-broth dilution method. The results showed that 148 strains of S. aureus were isolated with the isolated rate as 35.8%. S. aureus had the highest resistance rate to penicillin as 77.7%, followed by erythromycin with the resistance rate as 58.1%, but had lower resistance rates to vancomycin and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid showing as 0.7% and 1.4%, respectively.All strains were sensitive to linezolid. The results could provide references for the monitoring and prevention of S. aureus in fresh milk, and regulate the use of antibiotics in farms of Shandong Province.
