种植密度对紫花苜蓿生物量与不同叶位光合特性的影响

摘  要:
以紫花苜蓿甘农3号为材料,研究5个种植密度(2 100、2 630、3 150、3 680、4 200万株/hm~2)对现蕾期紫花苜蓿生物量和上、中、下3部位叶片光合特性的影响。结果表明:随着种植密度的增加生物量呈现增加的趋势,在3 680万株/hm~2处理下达到最大;上、中、下部位叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、叶绿素含量随着种植密度的增加均降低,但水分利用效率随着种植密度的增加而升高;种植密度对下部位叶片的蒸腾速率、水分利用效率、叶绿素含量影响大于中、上部位叶片;同一种植密度下,各部位叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、叶绿素含量的大小顺序均为上部叶>中部叶>下部叶,胞间CO_2浓度、水分利用效率的大小顺序为下部叶>中部叶>上部叶。

摘  要:
Effects of planting densities(2 100×104,2 630×104,3 150×104,3 680×104 and 4 200×10~4 plants/ha)on biomass and photosynthetic characters of alfalfa leaves at budding stage were studied with alfalfa(No 3Gannong)as an indicator crop.The results revealed that biomass of alfalfa increased with planting density increasing and reached the maximum at the plant density of 3 680×10~4 plants/ha.The Net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and chlorophyll content decreased with planting density increasing,but water use efficiency increased.The effects of the planting density on transpiration rate,the water use efficiency and chlorophyll content in low position leaf was higher than that in upper and middle position leaf,and in order of upper leaves> middle leaves>low leaves.Intercellular CO_2 concentration and water use efficiency was in order of low leaves> middle leaves> upper leaves.
