摘  要:
为探究藿香的耐荫特性,以3年生藿香苗为材料进行不同遮荫处理试验,并对其在不同遮荫情况下的生长形态特征、叶绿素含量、光合特征及叶绿素荧光特征等进行研究。结果表明:与全光照相比,遮荫处理的藿香植株高度、叶长、叶宽、叶面积及叶绿素含量增加,但叶绿素a/b减少;叶片光补偿点(LCP)、光饱和点(LSP)和暗呼吸速率(Rd)均降低,而表观量子效率(AQY)在70%遮荫处理之前均呈升高趋势;藿香的净光合速率日变化、蒸腾速率日变化、叶片胞间CO_2浓度日变化及气孔导度日变化均为"单峰"曲线型,没有明显的光合午休现象;在30%、50%、70%遮荫处理下,PSⅡ最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、PSⅡ潜在光化学效率(F_v/F_o)、单位反映中心用于电子传递的能量(ETO/RC)及单位反应中心捕获的用于还原Q_A的能量(TR_o/RC)均高于对照,但在90%遮荫处理下均低于对照。研究表明,藿香对弱光环境具有一定的适应性,遮荫30%~70%时,植株生长良好,90%遮荫时,植株生长不良。

摘  要:
To investigate the shade tolerance of Agastache rugosa,3 years old seedlings were used as test materials in this study.The effect of different over shadow treatments on Agastache rugosa physiological and morphological characteristics,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic characteristics and fast Chlorophyll Fluorescence characteristics were discused.The results indicated that:compared with control,the height,leaf length,leaf width,leaf area and chlorophyll content were increased after shading,and chlorophyll a/b rate declined;compared with control,light compensation point(LCP),light saturation point(LSP)and dark respiration rate of Agastache rugosa decreased after shading,but apparent quantum yield(AQY)increased before 70% shading treatments;the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular CO_2 concentration in leaves and stomatal conductance of Agastache rugosaare"single peak"curve type,the phenomenon of midday depression of photosynthesis in leaves is not obvious;compared with control,maximal photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(F_v/F_m),potential photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(F_v/F_o),unit reflects the energy of a center for electron transport(ETO/RC)and the energy captured by unit reaction center for deacidizing Q_A(TR_o/RC)are high under shading rate of 30%,50%,70%,but under 90% shadingtreatments,they were lower than the control.Conclusion:Agastache rugosa has certain adaptability to low light environment.The plant grew well when the shading rate is 30%~70%,while the plant grew bad under 90% shading condition.
