碱法提取苦瓜素工艺优化

摘  要:
[目的]优化碱法提取苦瓜素工艺。[方法]以提取液中苦瓜素含量为指标,通过单因素试验及正交试验确定提取苦瓜素的最佳提取工艺。[结果]得到提取工艺各因素的最佳水平为A2B2C3D2,即料液比为1∶5,提取温度为80℃,NaOH浓度为0.4 mol/L,浸提时间为2 h。[结论]实际生产中考虑生产周期的因素可将提取时间调整为1 h。

摘  要:
[Objective] To optimize the alkaline extraction process for elaterin.[Method]Using yield of elaterin as an indicator,the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test based on single factor test.[Result] The optimal extraction combination was A2B2C3D2,revealing that the optimum solid to liquid ratio,temperature,sodium hydroxide concentration and extraction duration were 1∶5,80 ℃,0.4 mol/L and 2 h,individually.[Conclusion] When considering the actual production cycle,the extraction duration could be set as 1 h.
