胸腺肽对雄性小鼠血清激素水平的影响

摘  要:
为探讨胸腺肽对雄性小鼠血清激素水平的影响,采用放射性免疫分析法和生化法测定注射不同剂量胸腺肽1月龄、3月龄雄性小鼠血清中促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、胰岛素(INS)和血糖水平。结果显示,1月龄雄性小鼠注射胸腺肽后LH和T水平均升高,其中高剂量组显著升高(P<0.05);TSH水平升高,其中中剂量组极显著升高(P<0.01);INS水平降低,其中中剂量组显著(P<0.05)或极显著降低(P<0.01),高剂量组显著(P<0.05)或极显著降低(P<0.01);血糖升高,但差异不显著。3月龄雄性小鼠注射胸腺肽后LH水平升高,其中低剂量组极显著升高(P<0.01),中剂量组和高剂量组显著升高(P<0.05);T和INS水平降低,TSH和血糖水平升高,差异不显著。结果表明,胸腺肽能影响雄性小鼠血清激素水平,进而调节雄性小鼠神经内分泌系统。

摘  要:
This paper explored the effects of different doses of thymosin on serum horomone levels in male mice of different ages(1 month and 3 months).The serum hormone levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH),insulin(INS) and blood glucose were detected with radioactive immune method and biochemical method.The results showed that for 1 month male mice with different doses of thymosin,LH and T levels were increased,and both high dose thymosin made significant changes(P<0.05).TSH levels were increased and middle dose made a very significant change(P<0.01).INS levels were decreased,and middle dose made significant or very significant changes(P<0.05,P<0.01),high dose had the same changes(P<0.05,P<0.01).Blood glucose levels were increased with no significant change.For 3 months male mice with different doses of thymosin,LH levels were increased,and low dose was increased very significantly(P<0.01),middle dose was increased significantly(P<0.05),high dose was increased significantly(P<0.05).T and INS levels were decreased with no significant change.TSH and blood glucose levels were increased with no significant change.It was concluded that thymosion influenced male mice's serum hormone levels,and then it could adjust the male mice's neuroendocrine system.
