切根与施肥对羊草草甸植被特征和营养成分的影响

摘  要:
为了研究切根与施肥对羊草(Leymus chinensis)草甸植被特征和营养成分的影响,以松嫩草原中南部姜家甸草场为研究对象,分析不同切根及配合施用氮磷肥、有机肥处理下植被群落特征和营养成分。结果表明:各切根与施肥处理均提高了群落盖度(P<0.05),以连续两年施用中高水平氮磷肥最高,达到100%。氮磷肥的施用效果优于有机肥;第一年氮磷肥处理下羊草高度均达到50 cm以上;群落密度和羊草密度在连续两年施用氮磷肥处理下较高,尤其是第二年高水平下达到2 687株/m2。连续两年施用高水平氮磷肥群落和羊草地上生物量、0~10 cm地下生物量和羊草根茎生物量达到最大,分别为701.57 g/m2、1 056.79 g/m2和511.84 g/m2。第二年裂区施肥处理羊草粗蛋白含量高于不施肥处理,而各处理羊草中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量两年间变化较小。切根配合施N 150 kg/hm2,P 90 kg/hm2为最佳处理组合,可显著改良草地退化状况。

摘  要:
In order to explore the effect of root and fertilization on vegetation characteristics and nutrient content of Leymus chinensis meadow,L.chinensis meadow at Jangjiadian,central south Songnen Plain was selected as a research target. The vegetation characteristics,nutrient content under treatments of root cutting,root cutting combined with nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer and root cutting combined with organic fertilizer were analyzed,respectively. The results showed that community coverage were improved by root cutting and fertilization( P < 0. 05),which was up to 100% with the highest under the treatment of medium and high level of nitrogen phosphorus fertilizer; the effect of nitrogen phosphorus fertilizer was better than that of organic fertilizer; the height of L. chinensis under nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer reached more than 50 cm at2014; the density of L. chinensis and community was higher under the treatment of nitrogen phosphorus fertilizer, especially up to2 687 plants/m2 under the high level treatment. After two years application of high level of nitrogen phosphorus fertilizer,the community aboveground biomass,0 ~ 10 cm belowground biomass and L. chinensis rhizome biomass reached maximum,which were 701. 57 g/m2、1 056. 79 g/m2 and 511. 84 g/m2 respectively. The crude protein content was higher in split block fertilization treatment than that of no fertilizer treatment in the second year. The neutral and acid detergent fiber content of L. chinensis apparented insignificant change during the two years. In conclution,root cutting combining with N 150 kg/hm2,P 90 kg/hm2 is the best combination that significantly restore degraded meadow.
