摘 要：
本研究收集云南丰富的青稞种质资源,进行抗大麦黄矮病(BYDV)抗病性鉴定。通过对61份青稞种质或品种进行连续2年田间抗BYDV鉴定及抗性评价,结果表明:44份种质表现易感BYDV,17份种质表现出不同程度的抗BYDV抗性,其中3份种质(52、54,I10)表现出对BYDV明显抗性,且抗性较为稳定。为培育抗性品种、持续有效地控制黄矮病的危害提供了新的抗源。

摘 要：
The resistance to barley yellow dwarf virus(BYDV) of naked barley cultivars and germplasm from Diqin collections was tested in the field in two years.44 materials of naked barley were susceptible to BYDV,3 materials had high resistance levels to BYDV and their resistance characters were stable.
