摘 要：
采用主成分分析法对临川区2006~2015年社会经济发展水平进行了综合评价,根据评价成果构建了脱钩模型并分析其脱钩状态及原因。结果表明:临川区建设占用耕地与社会经济发展水平的脱钩关系并不稳定,呈现出波动变化趋势,耕地保护压力较大。鉴于此,建议严格控制建设占用耕地,进一步推进土地集约化利用以及区域分工。

摘 要：
The paper comprehensively evaluated the social economic development level in Linchuan district from 2006 to2015 by using the method of principal component analysis,built the decoupling model combined with the evaluation results,and analyzed the status and reasons of decoupling. The results showed that the decoupling relationship between cultivated land occupation by construction and social economic development level in Linchuan district was unstable,and exhibited a fluctuant change trend,suggesting the pressure of cultivated land protection was still huge. So the management of cultivated land occupation by construction should be strengthened,and the intensification utilization of land and regional division of work should be further impelled.
