基于Bezier曲线的涡轮叶片造型方法

摘  要:
在涡轮钻具的研究设计中,选取一种合理曲线作为涡轮叶片的型线,直接影响着涡轮的性能。通常在涡轮叶片设计时,首先给定了叶片的进口角度和出口角度,并要求选择的曲线必须保证在起点和终点存在一阶导数。Bezier曲线是应用于二维图形应用程序的数学曲线,具有高阶光滑、表达和使用方便、形状控制和修改简单等特点。运用Bezier曲线对涡轮叶片造型进行合理设计:以转子外径D1=184mm、定子内径D2=144mm的涡轮为例,首先确定叶片基本参数和叶片流动参数,然后采用4阶Bezier曲线对涡轮的叶片造型进行设计计算并建立三维模型,通过使用仿真软件,对流道模型进行流场仿真,最后观察仿真情况再优化涡轮叶片的型线,从而为涡轮钻具的设计及分析提供参考。

摘  要:
In the design of turbodrill,select a reasonable curve as the profile of turbine blade would directly affect the performance of the turbine.Usually in turbine blade design,first the inlet angle and outlet angle are given,with these conditions,the selection of the curve must ensure that there is one order derivative at the starting point and end point.Bezier curve is the mathematical curve applied to a 2 Dgraphics,it has the characteristics of high order smooth,expression and convenient use,simple control and modification.Bezier curve is used for reasonable design of turbine blade:by taking the turbine with outer rotor diameter D1 =184 mm,inner diameter of the stator D2 =144 mm as an example,the basic parameters and flow parameters of blade are determined firstly,and then the blade shape of four order Bezier curve of turbine is used to design and build a 3D model,the simulation software is used for flow field simulation,then optimization of turbine blade profile is observed in simulation so as to provide a reference for the design of and analysis of turbodrill.
