松针提取物对优质型青脚麻鸡血液生化指标、抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响

摘  要:
为研究松针提取物对优质型青脚麻鸡血液生化指标、抗氧化能力和免疫功能的影响,试验选取1日龄优质型青脚麻鸡1600只为试验动物进行为期120d的饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为两组,每组2个重复。在饲养过程中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮;试验组全程在基础饲粮中添加松针提取物。结果表明,饲粮中添加松针提取物能显著提高血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性、提高总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、降低血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P<0.05);显著提高IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3和补体C4含量(P<0.05);显著提高血清中钙、磷含量,降低血清中胆固醇含量(P<0.05)。因此,松针提取物能够显著改善优质型青脚麻鸡的血液生化指标,提高抗氧化能力和免疫功能。

摘  要:
The feeding test was deigned to investigate the effects of pine needle PE on the mechanism of action from antioxidation, immunity and biochemistry of quality cyan-shank partridge chicken. One thousand and six hundred quality cyan-hank partridge chickens were randomly assigned to two groups, each group had two repeats. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diets added pine needle PE for 120 days.The results showed that the methods of test group can significantly increased serum GSH-Px, T-AOC and SOD(P<0.05), and decreased MDA content(P<0.05), significantly increased Ig A, Ig G, Ig M, Complement C3 and Complement C4 contents in serum(P<0.05), increased Ca and P in serum significantly(P<0.05) and decreased cholesterol(P<0.05).The conclusion of the study was pine needle PE can effectively improve immune function enhancing the antioxidant capacity and improving serum biochemistry indices.
