摘 要：
With the developing of the research on FeIFN-ω,its high antiviral,antiproliferative and antitumor effects,as well as immune regulation,has attracted widespread attention and research. Based on the related research results of IFN-ω,the structure,biological activity and antiviral mechanism of FeIFN-ω were reviewed in the paper. The therapeutic effects of FeIFN-ω on several common feline viral diseases,such as FCV,FHV-1,FIV,FCGS and FIP,were analyzed comprehensively in order to seek new and effective animal antiviral drugs in clinic.
