基于Adams车载式装卸机抓具的设计与分析

摘  要:
车载式装卸机是林业机械领域重要研究内容。主要采用三维建模和虚拟样机测试的方法对装卸机抓具开展了动静态特性研究,结果表明,抓具的结构和颚爪的弧度对抓取性能有着重要的影响;同步器的长度影响液压缸动力分配和颚爪的磨损;根据液压缸的输出特性推断抓取情况。研究结果将对同类收集装卸机械设计和研究提供参考。

摘  要:
Vehicle loader is an important research content in the field of forestry machinery. This study focus on the dynamic and static characteristics of the loader based on the method of 3D modeling and Adams,and the results shows that the structure and the curvature of the jaw has an important influence on grasping woods. The length of the synchronizer influences the hydraulic cylinder force distribution and the wear of the jaws,and it could deduce the grasping situation according to the output characteristic of hydraulic cylinder. This study will provide a reference for the design and further research on vehicle loader.
