郊区型轨道交通站场公共绿地营造价值探析

摘 要：
郊区型轨道交通对促进大城市郊区城市化发展及城市空间布局优化具有显著影响。近年新建城市化地区围绕着郊区型轨交站场已具有TOD社区的部分特征,但这些地区公共绿地供给普遍不足,绿地数量与质量均低于中心城区,居民对公共绿地的游憩休闲的需求往往得不到满足。论文通过对郊区型轨交车站站场客流交通特征与周边公共绿地数量及质量的研究,对轨交车站进行公共绿地营造的可行性和必要性研究,提出应将其空间与景观营造纳入到城市绿地系统中,在城市公共绿地营造方面发挥改善地区人居环境的作用,为周边居民提供游憩休闲空间。

摘 要：
Suburban rail transit has a significant impact on the re-distribution of the urban population and urban space layout changes.Recent years,there have been some of the characteristics of the TOD communities in new urbanized area around urban rail transit station.But the supply of public green space are generally insufficient.Green space quantity and quality are lower than the central city,and the needs of the residents of public green recreational space are not met.It is feasibility and necessity that,around SRTS,it should plan enough public green space by research on passenger′s traffic characteristics and the surrounding environment.We proposed that SRTS should be included in the urban green space system,and will play the role of the public green space to provide recreational space.
