田皂角组织培养及无性系建立的研究

摘  要:
以生长非常旺盛的田皂角嫩茎为外植体,进行愈伤组织诱导和分化、试管苗的生根和移栽的研究,成功地建立起田皂角的无性系。结果表明:MS+BA 0.8mg/L+2,4-D 1.2mg/L是田皂角嫩茎愈伤组织诱导培养和继代培养的理想培养基;MS+AgN03 1.0mg/L+BA1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L是田皂角愈伤组织和不定芽分化培养的理想培养基;1/2MS+IAA 0.4mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L是田皂角试管苗生根培养和生根继代培养的理想培养基;移植的试管苗生长旺盛、根系发达,当年可正常开花结果,其所有的植物学性状保持不变。

摘  要:
The induction and differentiation were studied on the callus of young stem of Aeschynomene indica as well as rooting and transplanting of tube plantlets. And the establishment of regeneration system of Aeschynomene indica was successfully carried out in the experiment. The results showed that the optimal media were obtained about regeneration system of Aeschynomene indica. They were the medium of MS+BA0.8 mg/L+2,4-D1.2 mg/L for callus induction and subculture of young stem; the medium of MS+AgN031.0 mg/L+BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L for differentiation of callus and adventitious buds; the medium of 1/2MS+IAA0.4 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L for rooting and roots subculture of tube plantlets. The tube plantlets were with the vigorous and variant characters.
