摘  要:
节水灌溉项目优选是典型的不确定性多属性决策问题,提出了决策信息为二参数区间数的节水灌溉项目优选的负理想投影法。根据决策方案在负理想决策方案上投影的大小对决策方案进行排序,决策方法体现了决策方案远离负理想决策方案贴近正理想决策方案的思想,最后将提出的决策方法应用到节水灌溉项目投资决策中,结果说明了决策方法的合理性。

摘  要:
Water-saving irrigation project optimal selection is a typical uncertain multiple attribute decision-making problem. This paper proposes a negative ideal projection method with the interval number of two parameters as decision-making information for water-saving irrigation project optimal selection. According to the projection size of the of decision scheme in the negative ideal solution,the schemes are sorted. The decision-making method embodies the principle that the decision-making plan is far away from the negative ideal solution and close to the ideal decision. Finally,the decision method proposed in this paper is applied to the investment decision of the water-saving irrigation project and the result shows the rationality of the decision making process.
