摘  要:
本试验以弯曲应力下钢筋混凝土构件的快速碳化试验为依据,探讨弯曲应力水平和粉煤灰掺量对构件碳化损伤的影响,建立两者对钢混构件碳化速度的影响公式。以此为基础,引入粉煤灰掺量、弯曲应力水平影响因子,完善弯曲应力下混凝土碳化模型方程,利用ANSYS软件对受弯的钢筋混凝土构件碳化过程进行数值模拟分析。模拟结果与试验中混凝土碳化规律相符,证明该方法的科学性,并寻找出碳化深度和锋面CO_2浓度关系式,为混凝土碳化数值分析提供了合理的依据。

摘  要:
Based on the experimental data of rapid carbonization of reinforced concrete members under bending stress, the effect of fly ash content and bending load on carbonation damage of members is studied, and the influence formula of these two factors on carbonization rate of members is calculated. On this basis, the influence factors of bending stress and fly ash content are taken into the carbonation numerical analysis to innovate and improve the equations of carbonation numerical simulation, and the numerical analysis of the carbonization process of reinforced concrete members under bending stress is carried out. The result is in agreement with the carbonization law in the experiment, which proves the scientific nature of this research method. The relationship between carbonization depth and CO_2 concentration in carbonation front surface is found to provide a reasonable basis for numerical analysis of concrete carbonization.
