摘 要：
笔者检验了国药集团扬州威克生物工程有限公司制备的高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征活疫苗(JXA1-R株)免疫效力,对SY-007批苗、国内市售某同类疫苗和进口苗进行比较,包括外观、溶解性、病毒含量和安全性和攻毒保护率。结果显示,国药集团扬州威克生物工程有限公司疫苗与市售某国产苗和进口苗在外观上稍有颜色差异,但溶解性无明显差异;国药集团扬州威克生物工程有限公司疫苗与市售某国产苗病毒含量相同,均高于进口苗;3种疫苗对裸鼠和仔猪均具有较好的安全性;国药集团扬州威克生物工程有限公司疫苗的免疫效力与进口苗效果基本一致,且明显好于市售某国产苗。系列试验结果表明,国药集团扬州威克生物工程有限公司生产的高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征活疫苗(JXA1-R株)产品质量与进口苗相当,优于市售某国产苗。

摘 要：
To evaluate immune effect of HP-PRR live vaccine(JXA1-R strain), we compared the differences between trail vaccine(SY-007) and market sell homegrown vaccine, imported vaccine in term of appearance, solubility, viral load, safety and protective efficacy. The results showed there was slight difference in appearance between trail vaccine and the control vaccines, but solubility is similar. The viral load of trail vaccine and homegrown vaccine was similar, but higher than imported vaccine. These three kinds of vaccines were safe to nude mice and piglets. The immune effect of trail vaccine is similar with imported vaccine, but much better than domestic vaccine. A series of experiments showed that the quality of HP-PRRS live vaccine(JXA1-R) produced by our company is comparable to imported vaccine, obviously superior to market sell homemade vaccine.
