氮与铜的交互作用对小麦种子萌发过程的影响

摘  要:
为了解施用氮肥对受铜毒害小麦的生长发育的调控效应,在不同质量浓度的Cu2+溶液浸种后,测定了不同施氮条件下小麦种子萌发过程中淀粉酶与POD的活性、脯氨酸与叶绿素的含量。结果表明,施N肥有利于铜胁迫条件下小麦叶片中叶绿素的合成。在低质量浓度Cu2+(≤60mg/L)胁迫条件下,施N肥有利于增强小麦淀粉酶的活性,抑制植物体内过氧化物的产生,促进小麦种子的萌发和幼苗生长;高质量浓度Cu2+(>60mg/L)胁迫条件下,施N肥降低小麦淀粉酶活性,促使小麦体内过氧化物大量产生,抑制小麦种子的萌发和幼苗生长。

摘  要:
The primary goal of this research is to investigate the effects of interaction between N and Cu on the germination of wheat seeds. Wheat seeds soaked in different concentration of Cu~ 2+ were placed in Petri dish, hongland culture medium or Hongland culture medium and ammonium sulphate was applied to the wheat seeds, then we measured the activity of Amylase and POD, the contents of pro and Chlorophyll in wheat. The results showed that the synthesis of Chlorophyll were improved with the use of N. With lower concentration of Cu~ 2+ (≤60 mg/L)and the use of N, the activity of Amylase improve and the germination of wheat seeds increased; with higher concentration of Cu~ 2+ (>60 mg/L)and the use of N, the activity of Amylase reduced and the germination of wheat seed was inhabited.
