基于排气系统模态分析的振动设计研究

摘  要:
针对某款车型在设计阶段的排气系统振动设计研究,对吊耳刚度分析及吊耳分布优化设计。利用HyperWorks建立排气自由模态模型,导入MSC.Nastran分析排气系统平均位移较小的节点,根据节点布置吊耳位置,对排气系统进行静力学分析。根据得出排气吊耳的受力和位移情况,调整优化吊耳刚度。最后优化排气吊耳位置,使其约束模态频率与发动机怠速频率有效分离。

摘  要:
Aimed at the study of exhaust system vibration design of a car in the design phase,the lifting eye stiffness is analyzed and its distribution is optimization designed.Exhaust free modal model is established in HyperWorks,and imported into MSC.Nastran to analyze the nodes in exhaust system with smaller average displacement.Positions of the lifting eyes are arranged according to the nodes and static analysis is carried out for exhaust system.According to force and displacement of exhaust lifting eyes obtained,the lifting eye stiffness is adjusted and optimized.And finally,exhaust lifting eye position is optimized,so its constrained modal frequency and engine idling frequency are effectively separated.
