摘  要:
番鸭呼肠孤病毒病是由番鸭呼肠孤病毒感染引起的一种番鸭病毒性传染病。自在我国发生以来,给番鸭养殖业造成了严重损失。为防制本病,我们用分离毒NH9908株作为种毒,研制成一种蜂胶佐剂灭活疫苗。试验表明该疫苗抗原性良好、使用安全和免疫保护效果确实。实验室试验结果表明,用本疫苗免疫7d、14d、49d后攻毒保护指数分别为77.8、100、100。中试试验结果表明,保护率达95%。

摘  要:
Reovirus disease in muscovy duck was one poisonous infection by reovirus, and had caused heavy losses in muscovy duck industry since it happened in our country. In order to control the disease, one proplis-adjuvant inactivated vaccine had been developed with NH9908 isolate. The results indicated that the vaccine was safe and could induced excellent immune responses in vaccined muscovy ducks. The vaccinated ducks were challenged with a reovirus strain at 7 d, 14 d, 49 d after vaccination, the protection indexes were 77.8 %, 100 % and 100 %, respectively. At the same time, the protection rate was 95 % in mid-experiment.
