10%二氯·五氟悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析方法

摘  要:
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+0.5%冰乙酸水溶液(体积比60︰40)为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C18不锈钢色谱柱和紫外阵列检测器,在254 nm波长下测定10%二氯·五氟悬浮剂中有效成分质量分数。结果表明:二氯喹啉酸和五氟磺草胺的标准偏差分别为0.0192、0.016 7,变异系数分别为0.23%、1.13%,平均回收率分别为99.43%、99.51%,线性相关系数分别为1.0000、0.9999。

摘  要:
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of quinclorac + penoxsulam 10% SC was described by HPLC on ZORBAX SB-C18 column with UV detector at 254 nm, using methanol and acetic aqueous solution as mobile phase. The results showed that the standard deviations of quinclorac and penoxsulam were 0.019 2, 0.016 7, the coefficients of variation were 0.23%, 1.13%, the average recoveries were 99.43%, 99.51%, and the linear correlation coefficients were 1.000 0, 0.999 9, respectively.
