摘 要:
以细胞微载体培养技术,用DEAE-Sephadex A 50,Cytodex 3二种微载体,对鸡胚原代细胞进行培养研究,并用在微载体上培养的鸡胚细胞感染鸡新城疫Ⅰ系毒,制备鸡新城疫Ⅰ系细胞苗免疫鸡,与普通细胞培养及鸡胚增殖病毒制备的鸡新城疫Ⅰ系苗比较,我们得到了在微载体培养系统有较高的细胞产量,较高的病毒滴度,培养物制备疫苗抗原性也好的结果。

摘 要:
Primary chicken embryo fibroblasts were cultured with microearrier cell culture technique using two kinds of microcarriers: DEAE-Sephadex A50 and Cytodex 3. The cultures of chicken embryo cells on Cytodex 3 were infected with NDV strain I, then NDV vaccine were prepared using these cultures. The NDV vaccines prepared from the cultures of chicken embryo cells on cytodex 3 were administered to chickens in parallel with the NDV vaccine prepared from cultures of chicken embryo ceils or chicken embryos. From microearrier cell culture system we got the good results with higher cell yield, higher virus titre as well as better antigenicity.
