新疆不同品种供体牛超排效果比较分析

摘  要：
对安格斯牛、海福特牛和荷斯坦牛共计1088头的超数排卵原始数据进行了统计分析,结果表明:FSH来源对超排效果影响不显著,FSH剂量、超排季节、个体差异与公牛精液品质对牛超数排卵有一定影响;安格斯牛以10~10.25mg的超排效果最好,荷斯坦牛以9.5mg的超排效果最好;在季节对超排的影响方面,安格斯牛在秋季的效果最好,荷斯坦牛、海福特牛在春季、夏季、秋季和冬季的超排效果差异不显著(P>0.05),但荷斯坦牛在冬季的效果较好,可用胚数为7.13±7.94;海福特牛在秋季的效果较好,可用胚数为4.57±4.42。

摘  要：
1088 different species cattle of superovulation were analyzed by FSH in Xinjiang from 2001～2006 including Angus,Hereford and Holstein.The effects on superovulation of different cattle were studied from the aspects as follows:different FSH in different countries,different does of FSH,different seasons,bullsemen quality.The results indicated that the effect of superovulation with FSH in different countries was not significantly different.However the superovulation of Angus cattle in autumn was the best,superovulation effect of Holstein and Hereford cattle were not significantly different in all the years.But superovulation of Holstein in winter had better results,average of useful embryo was 7.13±7.94;and superovulation of Hereford in autumn was more effective,average of useful embryo was 4.57±4.42.
