摘  要：
本文简要介绍了规模经济贸易理论的内涵,定量分析了中国林业产业在产业规模、劳动力成本、进出口和技术创新等方面存在的问题,认为规模化经营是产业形成可持续国际竞争力的关键;由于市场作用的局限性,政府应在规模化发展中起主导作用,并提出了中国林业产业规模化发展的支持性政策体系。

摘  要：
First of all, this paper outlines the content of scale economy trade theory. On this basis, the problems ofindustrial scale, labor costs, international trade and technological innovation in Chinese forestry industry are analyzed quantitatively. Accordingly, the conclusion is drawn that scale business is the key for forestry industry to form sustainable international competitiveness. Because of the limitation of market economy, the government should play the leading role in the development of the scale business of the industry. Finally, the policy system is put forwards to support the scale business of Chinese forestry industry.
