干细胞治疗马软组织疾病研究进展

摘  要：
干细胞是细胞治疗的潜力平台,在人组织工程和再生医学领域已经得到临床应用。同样,兽医临床也尝试运用干细胞技术治疗马骨关节炎、肌腱炎、蹄叶炎等疾病。目前,在治疗上述疾病时关于使用干细胞种类、数量、次数、运用的治疗方法、治疗时机等问题还需要深入研究。另外,就如何解决免疫安全性、干细胞数量不足等问题也需要技术上的突破。为此,综述干细胞在治疗马软组织疾病时使用干细胞的类型、治疗方法及存在的技术问题。

摘  要：
Stem cells(SCs)can represent a promising new platform for cell-based therapies for regenerative medicine.In human medicine,these medical advances about stem cells are already being translated into clinical practice in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.In parallel,the veterinary profession is looking to these technologies to explore novel therapies for chronic diseases,such as,osteoarthritis,tendonitis and suspensory laminitis in horses.Research efforts must be directed towards determining the optimal type and number of stem cells for each specific clinical application as well as the route of administration,dosing formulation,dosing and schedule.In addition,insufficient cell numbers of donor and tissue of safety of allogeneic stem cells are also very important and urgent to solve.The purpose of this review was to provide contemporary information as to which type of stem cells should be used,how they should be applied,when they should be applied for the treatment of clinical conditions,and to provide reference for the application of stem cells more widely in the animal clinic.
