摘 要:
[目的]筛选出解淀粉芽胞杆菌JDF-6与井冈霉素A防治油茶炭疽病的最佳配比。[方法]运用Horsfall法、孙云沛方法、林间防治试验测定解淀粉芽胞杆菌JDF-6和井冈霉素A对油茶炭疽病的增效作用。[结果]Horsfall法显示,解淀粉芽胞杆菌JDF-6和井冈霉素A在2颐8~8颐2(体积比)的范围内都有增效作用,1颐1时增效比最大,增效值C为1.50;孙云沛方法也显示解淀粉芽胞杆菌JDF-6与井冈霉素A 1颐1时增效系数CTC值达148.43,增效显著;以该比例为基础加工的30 g/L JDF-6·井冈霉素A水剂,当施药剂量高于675 g a.i./hm2时,对油茶炭疽病的防效为75%以上。[结论]解淀粉芽胞杆菌JDF-6和井冈霉素A混配比例为1颐1时是防治油茶炭疽病的良好配方。

[Aims] This study aims to screen out the proportioning ratio of Bac illus amylolique fac iens JDF-6 and validamycin A to control Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.[Methods] The Horsfall method,Sun-Johnson method and field efficacy tests were used to test the synergistic effect of B.amyloliquefaciens JDF-6 and validamycin A to C.gloeosp orioides.[Results] The results of Horsfall method showed that B.amylolique fac ie ns JDF-6 and validamycin A had synergistic effect at the ratio between 2:8 and 8:2(byv ol),and had the best synergistic effect at the ratio of 1:1 with C value of 1.50.The results of Sun-Johnson showed that CTC was 148.43 when the ratio was 1:1.At this ratio,B.amyloliq ue facie ns JDF-6·validamycin A 30 g/L AS was formulated.At the preparation concentration above 675 g a.i./ha,the field control effect was over 75%.[Conclusions] B.amyloliquefaciens JDF-6·validamycin A 30 g/L AS is a good formulation to control C.gloeosporioides.
