摘 要：
对延边朝鲜族自治州征收农用地区片综合地价进行整体平衡分析,通过分层级线性插值的方法对地价进行外部的整体平衡分析,并利用Geoda软件分析测算地价和插值地价的空间相关性.结果表明,延边朝鲜族自治州各层级的区片综合平衡地价与插值地价相差较小,地价制定较为合理,与各市县的区位状况相符,能够体现征地补偿实行的"同地同价"原则,保证各市县地价的平稳过渡.
