摘  要:
滇牡丹是牡丹野生种之一,具有非常丰富的颜色,有白色、黄色、黄绿色、橙色、红色(深红、紫红)、紫色和紫黑色等颜色。采用HPLC和HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS~2同时分析6种不同花色滇牡丹花瓣中花青素和黄酮成分,分析并鉴别出4种花青素化合物和7种黄酮化合物。研究表明:除黄色花瓣,其余5种颜色的花瓣中都含有相同种类的花青素,不同颜色花瓣中花青素的相对百分含量差距比较大。首次从滇牡丹粉色系花瓣中分析并鉴定出矢车菊素双葡萄糖苷(cyanidin-3,5-di-O-glucoside)、矢车菊素单葡萄糖苷(cyanidin-3-O-glucoside)、芍药素双葡萄糖苷(peonidin-3,5-di-O-glucoside)和芍药素单葡萄糖苷(peonidin-3-O-glucoside)。6种颜色滇牡丹花瓣中黄酮化合物的种类几乎相同,仅含量有差异。

摘  要:
Paeonia delavayi is one of the wild species of tree peony, which has rich colors including white,yellow,yellow-green,orange,red( dark-red,purple-red),purple and purple-black. In our study,the anthocyanin and flavonol from 6 kinds of Petals of Paeonia delavayi were analyzed by using high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) and high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection-mass spectrometry( HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS~2). 4 anthocyanin compounds and 7 flavonol compounds were tentatively identified. The results indicated that excepting the yellow petals,the other 5 kinds of petals have the same anthocyanins and the relative percentage of anthocyanins have significant difference in different colors of petals. Cyanidin-3,5-di-O-glucoside,cyanidin-3-O-glucoside, peonidin-3,5-di-O-glucoside and peonidin-3-O-glucoside were first analyzed in pink Paeonia delavayi. There were no obvious differences in the composition of flavonol among the 6 kinds of petals.
