摘  要:
为了科学高效利用人力资源,助力现代饲料企业快速发展,文章针对饲料企业中激励机制不完善、人力资源利用效率不高等问题,分析了饲料企业人力资源管理和薪酬体系的特点,提出应从工作技术含量、劳动强度、客户满意度、创造的经济效益、学习创新等因子入手,合理赋予权重及分值,计算每位职工的贡献度,依据贡献度构建薪酬体系,可真实有效地反映职工绩效。

摘  要:
In order to promote rapid development of modern feed enterprise by using human resource scientifically and efficiently, the characteristics of feed enterprise human resource management and salary system were analyzed in the paper, according to the problems that the incentive mechanism is not perfect and the low efficiency of human resource utilization efficiency. It was pointed out that the contribution degree of each worker should be calculated from such aspects as technical content, working strength, customer satisfaction, economic benefits,learning and innovation and other factors. Then, the salary system would be built based on the contribution degree. Then salary system can effectively reflect the performance.
